Job Description:-

* Primarily responsible for Sales Lead generation through Social Media.
* Manage the B2B marketing strategy including authoring company marketing plan, establishing brand identity and managing a marketing budget.
* Design marketing material for brochures, flyers, newsletters and manage company advertising on a global level.
* Write social media content and represent MaxisIT on social media channels.
*Collateral development and customer satisfaction analysis programs
*HubSpot experience is a great Plus
*Develop digital marketing strategy including building new company website and managing the SEO and analytics
*Manage social media including writing and posting content and tracking analytics and KPIs.
*Prepare company presentations and review budget proposals from a marketing perspective.
*Organize events including logistics and promotion and analyze ROI.
*Create marketing collateral, including white papers and technical papers.
*Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits.
*Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content.
*Planning and concept development and execution of campaigns.
*Monitoring corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage.

Education Level: B.A. in marketing, business or organizational development a plus.
Years of Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years marketing or business development sales experience.
Skills:
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
*Good communications skills.
*Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
*Excellent Word, excel, PowerPoint and email (Outlook), HubSpot skills.
*Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
*Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
*Ability to manage a campaign budget.
*Creative and innovative.
*Good attention to detail.
*Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
