JOB DESCRIPTION :

Provide Enterprise level technical support, implementation, maintenance and reporting for Production Server Environment and other infrastructure technologies. Candidate must possess expert level knowledge in Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and SQL 2012, as well as real world Enterprise Datacenter support to include Hardware builds and Hardware troubleshooting. In addition to implementation and support of Windows based infrastructure, successful candidate will be responsible for other custom application support/implementation duties as required. Development and infrastructure skills are critical to success in role. Applicant must have working knowledge the Software Development Life Cycle, Install Shield, and the ability to script deployment routines to ensure a repeatable code movement strategy.

Minimum Ability & Experience Requirements:

Technology related bachelors or associated degree with 5 plus years' experience

1. Troubleshooting/Diagnostics:
* Research/analyzes all sources of information to determine the cause of a problem or error and develop a method of correcting it.
2. Knowledge of Infrastructure/Connectivity:
* Expertise with Network connectivity & infrastructure related to supporting Windows 2003 and 2008 distributed environments.
3. Software Installation & Maintenance:
* Plan and execute hardware/software changes with minimal disruption in service to client. Strong Knowledge of ASP .NET and MS SQL.
4. LAN Design, Implementation & Maintenance:
* Knowledge/skill/ability required to design/implement & maintain connectivity for various Windows Server environments.
5. Product Administration/Infrastructure Support:
* Maintains/upgrade/monitor servers in production & related infrastructure.
6. Client Focus/Client Value Management:
* Analytical; generating and evaluating alternatives; developing and implementing effective solutions.
